KENNY SIMS

Kenny Sims is an IPE Professional Bodybuilder and personal trainer residing in St. Louis, MO. Kenny is a former Division I athlete playing football at the University of Tulsa where he also received his Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Kenny is also a former college football coach. Kenny worked as a graduate assistant with the University of Missouri football program in 2014 and then moved on to coach at Lindenwood University working with the football program in 2015 - 2016. While coaching at Lindenwood University Kenny also received his Master's in Education.

Kenny has experience working with a wide variety of clients through many different fitness domains including sports specific training, strength and conditioning, weight training, and injury prevention. ​As a personal trainer, Kenny incorporates a multitude of training techniques, all of which create a challenging and fun environment to reach your goals. If you are new to exercise, struggling with injuries, or a seasoned gym rat, Kenny's experience will give you endless strategies for reaching your goals.
